Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Confirmation of application will be announced at least one week before the course commencement.
2.⁠ ⁠PCPT reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the course. In such cases, students will be informed as soon as possible before the course commence.
3.⁠ ⁠Payment is not refundable once the payment had been accepted. If the course is cancelled, full payment will be refunded.
4.⁠ ⁠If the student cannot attend the course after enrollment, the student can attend the next round of the same course but not the other course. The payment will be forfeited if the student cannot attend the next round of the same course.
5.⁠ ⁠Lesson will be cancelled if the typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm waring signal is hoisted. Reschedule of the lesson will be announced afterwards. If the student cannot attend the replacement date, the payment will not be refunded. 
6.⁠ ⁠According to APT, Play Therapy credit will not be awarded to non-mental health professionals. The Continuing Education (CE) certificate will be issued to mental health professionals only, including but not limited to social workers, counsellors, psychologists, and medical professionals. PCPT is the only decision maker for CE certificate issuing.  
7.⁠ ⁠The mental-health professional student must be present, engaged, complete the course and pass 80% of the quiz, when applicable, to receive the CE credits.
8.⁠ ⁠⁠For the professional Play Therapist registration requirements, please refer to the respective Associations for guidelines. The information provided by PCPT is for reference only. 
9. ⁠In case there is any dispute, PCPT is the final decision maker.
